  7. installing portable gas heating, cooking and clothes drying equipment,

  8. installation with portable HVAC equipment [such since window air conditioners],

  9. clearing of plumbing stoppages and repair associated with plumbing leaks and removal and reinstallation of toilets in the event the repairs do not involve replacement or rearrangement with valves, pipes or accessories.

You usually do not need a building allow for routine maintenance associated with existing buildings, fixtures, and equipment in the event the building structure is not affected of course, if the nature and usage of the electrical, plumbing, gas or HVAC system is not really changed. Buying a house with a faulty roof or a roof that needs replacing find yourself costing you big money and unless this is something you can replace on the monthly mortgage, it's advisable to stay away from homes with problematic roofs.

Inspect the bottom.
